Photos from Sweet & Sassy at La Cuisine

In the first class (The Sweet in Sweet & Sassy) the participants learned how to make macarons, my favorite French pastries. 

They have quite the "home made" look, and they tasted fabulous (I conducted the quality control tests myself). 

After a coffee break and signing of "Naughty Paris" guides, the participants began their second class in "Sassy Cocktails" with Frédéric. They learned how to make six different cocktails, some classics and some new ones. Below Frédéric demonstrates the proper stirring technique.
