Burlesque Cabaret Show on the Seine

LADY_FLO.jpgThe venerable peniche on the Seine, La Dame du Canton, is hosting a series of neo-burlesque shows, Soirée Lady Cotton (concert + burlesque show + DJ). The opening night is this Friday the 13th from 8:30pm until dawn with the 50's and 60's covers by Lady Flo with Tony Marlow's Guitar Party, burlesque show by Lady Bird (from Les Petites Mortes), and DJ Cheribibi (50's-60's music).  The show is just €9.70 (tickets at FNAC), or you can come just for the dance party afterwards from 11pm for €5 at the door. La Dame du Canton is moored at the foot of the Bibliothèque François Mitterrand in the 13th, metro Quai de la Gare or Bibliothèque.
